Designs188 wants you to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Processing and shipment times do not account for holidays or weekends. Business days are defined as Mon-Fri , excluding all major US National Holidays.
Where do we ship?
Designs188 ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico.
- ALL ORDERS SHIP FREE!
- If a shipment is refused, customer is responsible for return shipping cost (if applicable)
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from merchandise refund if shipment is refused
- Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® 2-day
- Customer provides complete and correct address at time of order
- Shipping time frame starts at time of notification email that package has been deposited with USPS
- Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery
- If shipment is not delivered by stated time in confirmation email, please email info@designs188
- If package is damaged please contact info@designs188

- All pieces are handcrafted in Venice, Italy at our DESIGNS188 studios by Trina
Tygrett-Nason, Giorgio Nason, and Debora Biolo.
- Each artist faithfully strives to reproduce each piece with the same high quality.
- Pieces may vary slightly in size, style, and shape. Please take satisfaction in your purchase that each
jewelry piece is delicately handcrafted and is not mass produced.

The Return Process
- Returns are accepted within ten (10) calendar days of delivery confirmation
- Returned items are accepted if they are in new and unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- Returned items are not accepted if they show signs of being worn or in an altered state from original purchase condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Designs188 Quality Assurance Team inspects items within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the return
- On items eligible for refund, Designs188 issues refund in the form of original payment and notifies customer of approval of refund via email address provided at time of purchase
- Customer may contact bank/card issuer for refund time estimates
